WVU basketball anticipates TCU drama in Coliseum

Now, the Horned Frogs invade Morgantown on Saturday with a vengeance, not only for that loss earlier in this season, but from a highly-contested loss from last year.

On Jan. 24, 2015, Jevon Carter sunk a pair of free throws with 0.9 seconds left on the clock to give the Mountaineers a hard-fought, 86-85 win over TCU in overtime.

It was contested because TCU’s Kyan Anderson was whistled for a foul on Carter, thus sending him to the line with the chance to win the game. Daxter Miles launched a full-court pass to Carter on the other end who went up for a lay up when the foul occurred.
