MORGANTOWN, W.Va. - West Virginia University announced home game times for the 2016-17 women’s basketball season today. The Mountaineers will play host to one exhibition, one game in Charleston, West Virginia, eight nonconference games and nine Big 12 Conference contests.
WVU tips off the season on Tuesday, Nov. 1, against Concord in a 7 p.m. exhibition at Robert C. Byrd High School in Clarksburg, West Virginia. Admission to the contest will be $5 for adults and $3 for children with all of the proceeds benefiting those affected by the June flooding in southern West Virginia.
The regular season opens on Saturday, Nov.
