It’s Quarterback and Running Back Week here at the Musket. Yesterday, we detailed the state of the quarterbacks for the 2017 season. Today, we are going to ask: “Who is the best quarterback to play for the West Virginia Mountaineers?” The Mountaineers have some terrific quarterbacks to choose from, including a National Football Hall of Fame player. Harris is the Mountaineer who first created “The Play”. Known for his prowess both running the ball and passing, Marshall weaved his way through, around and over Penn State defenders as he helped to dismantle Joe Paterno and the Nittany Lions.
