MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — While West Virginia coach Neal Brown confirmed position assignments for his new 10 full-time assistants on Monday, the staff also clarified their recruiting territories.
Here’s a rundown:
Chad Scott (running backs/co-offensive coordinator): Scott grew up in central Florida and has recruited that region throughout his 12-year coaching career. He’ll also be recruiting New Jersey and Philadelphia, areas where he developed footholds the past three seasons while coaching at Louisville and North Carolina.
Matt Moore (offensive line coach/co-offensive coordinator): Virginia and parts of West Virginia. Moore will spot recruit offensive line across the map.
