The West Virginia men’s basketball team climbed three spots to be ranked #22 after defeating Youngstown State, 75-64. WVU is also #10 in the NET ranking, a key metric for NCAA Tournament selection.
The West Virginia women’s basketball team won the 2019 Florida Sunshine Classic on Sunday afternoon, after defeating Syracuse, 71-69. WVU also got a 63-57 win over #19 Michigan State in the Florida Sunshine Classic.
