West Virginia Downs OK Porec

POREC, Croatia – The West Virginia University volleyball team picked up its third straight international win as the Mountaineers defeated OK Pore?, 3-1, on Monday evening in Porec, Croatia.

Payton Caffrey had a team-best 12 kills, followed by 10 from Natania Levak. Taylor Cross led the Mountaineers with 11 digs, and Erin Slinde had a team-best six aces. Levak also posted a team-high three blocks.

“I think it’s great that we got the chance to play in front of Natania’s friends and family,” WVU coach Reed Sunahara said. “We’ll play in her hometown tomorrow, which is exciting for all of us.
