Former West Virginia University linebacker Jared Barber signed a free agent contract with the Carolina Panthers and will be attending their mini-camp, according to a report he put on Twitter, while former Mountaineer punter Nick O’Toole says he will be attending the Minnesota Vikings mini-camp.
