HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – Marshall is under the lights this Friday against a very much improved Southern Miss team. But before gearing up for the Golden Eagles, here’s a few final thoughts on the 27-7 win over ODU.
Dominant “D” Getting backs healthy
ODU picked up junk yards at the end of the game. In fact more than half of its total offense came on the final three drives. The defense has been the strength of the team all season and it may actually be getting better with players such as Ryan Bee stepping up.
If Marshall can get is running back corps healthy, opposing defensive coordinators may start losing sleep preparing for the Herd.
