According to ESPN, the WVU football program was the No. 5 team in the Big 12 in recruiting for 2016. Nationally, the Mountaineers came in at No. 37 overall.
“We had a successful day today,” said WVU coach Dana Holgorsen. “I know everyone across the country is probably saying the same thing. For the first time since I have been, there wasn’t any surprises. Usually, there are a handful of surprises. I was pretty excited by the job that our staff did.”
