Tight End Treylan Davis joins WVU Class of 2021

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — For the third time in four days, the WVU football team has secured a verbal commitment. Treylan Davis announced Tuesday afternoon that he will become the eighth player to join West Virginia’s Class of 2021.

Davis is a 3-star tight end out of Jackson High School in Jackson, Ohio. He is listed as the 20th-ranked tight end in the class by ESPN 300.

Davis is a 6-foot-5, 230-pound tight end who also plays linebacker. Jackson High School went 11-1 in 2019, advancing to the regional semifinals of the Ohio Division III playoffs.
