Take Me Home ‘19: West Virginia secures commitment from second in-state star of the 2019 class

The West Virginia Mountaineers held their final one-day camps on Friday and Saturday, and it looks as though the flood gates are about to open for the 2019 recruiting class.

Capital High School’s Kerry Martin started the party off this afternoon when he announced his commitment to the Mountaineer program, after spending Friday with the coaches during their annual Showtime camp.

Martin has been a familiar face at West Virginia’s summer camps for each of the last four years, and his persistence paid off last month after an outstanding performance earned him a scholarship offer.
