MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The West Virginia University swimming and diving team opens the 2016-17 season with the fourth annual Gold-Blue Intrasquad Meet on Saturday, October 1. Competition is set to begin at 9 a.m. ET, at the WVU Natatorium.
“We've spent the last four weeks working on conditioning, team building and education, which has been great,” said head coach Vic Riggs. “Now we are getting close to the start of our competition season and the Gold-Blue Meet is a great way to finish up our first month of practice. It will also give the staff a chance to see our freshmen compete for the first time.
