MORGANTOWN, W.Va. - West Virginia University women’s basketball assistant coach and recruiting coordinator Diane Richardson has been named to the Women’s Basketball Coaches Association’s inaugural WBCA Diversity & Inclusion Committee to advise and guide the association’s Board of Directors in enhancing awareness of issues pertaining to diversity and inclusion within the WBCA membership and promoting the growth of diversity within the sport.
“I am so happy to be a part of the national committee to share past experiences and some of the best practices we use at West Virginia University,” said coach Richardson. “WVU is a leader in diversity and inclusion.
