Reggie Roberson is next in line to be a great wide receiver

The WVU football team ultimately won Reggie Roberson’s heart in early February when he committed to the Mountaineers over Utah and Illinois. Hailing from the football hotbed of Texas, Roberson had obvious Division I talent, but some top schools were late to the party on fully noticing his potential.

The WVU football team didn’t offer a scholarship to Roberson until January, after his senior playing season was already complete at Horn High School in Mesquite, Texas.

He received more than 20 total offers to play football at the next level. Roberson ultimately chose the Mountaineers because of the right feeling he felt when he arrived on campus.
