Once A Mountaineer, Always A Mountaineer is a campaign designed to bring back WVU alumni NFL players to inspire healthy lifestyle choices among children from across the Mountain State.
Once A Mountaineer, Always A Mountaineer, a campaign focused on bringing together Morgantown children with their favorite Mountaineers while promoting a healthy and sustainable lifestyle, will host its annual "Day of Play," Sunday, March 6th, from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. at the Caperton Indoor Facility. With the assistance of former fan favorite WVU alumni that have now spent time in the NFL, Once A Mountaineer, Always A Mountaineer allows children age 6-12 from the Morgantown community to bond with former West Virginia players by learning tips and tricks for staying healthy.
