There's a West Virginia football coaching reunion brewing in Denton, Texas.
Former WVU head coach Neal Brown, who led the season for six seasons from 2019-2024 before being let go by the school, is returning to a head coaching role next season as he inherits the reins of the program at North Texas in a move that was announced earlier this month.
Now, Brown is attempting to put together his first staff to help him coach the Mean Green, and he's dipping into a pool of familiar faces to WVU football fans as he has already tapped two former assistant coaches from his time with the Mountaineers to rejoin him at North Texas.
