The Big 12 Conference released its 2025 Football Awards on Thursday, with several WVU football players receiving honors on the all-conference team.
The Mountaineers had a disappointing 4-8 2025 season which came to an end with a shoutout loss at the hands of Texas Tech last weekend, and due to the lackluster season, no Mountaineers managed to make an appearance on the forest-team, second-team, or third-team lists. However a handful of West Virginia players did receive Honorable Mention selections for their performances this season.
Leading off the list was senior linebacker Reid Carrico.
