Mountaineers Struggle Early But Rout Stetson 103-62

West Virginia struggled early trailing 22-15 at one point. After that, they never looked back.

The Stetson Hatters came into the Coliseum and jumped out to a surprising lead. Groans could be heard as well as head coach Bob Huggins' yelling, which is not completely out of the ordinary.

After trailing 23-15 just 9:29 into the game, WVU ran away with it and Stetson couldn't do anything. Stetson Forward Drew Romich even fouled out with 4:58 left in the first half.

The Hatters were simply outmatched.

Going into halftime, WVU had a 51-35 lead.
