Mountaineers Move Up to No. 4

The position is the Mountaineers’ (3-0-1) best ranking to date this season. WVU was ranked No. 6 in last week’s TDS.com Poll. The squad has not been as high as No. 4 in any poll since sitting at No. 4 in the Nov. 10, 2015 National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) Division I Women’s Rankings.

Stanford (3-0) and Florida State (3-0) continue to rank No. 1 and No. 2, respectively. Virginia (4-0) is up one spot to No. 3, and Duke (3-1) is down two spots to No. 5.
