Jackson Wolf, the ace of the 2020 & 2021 WVU Mountaineers, was selected in the 4th round of the 2021 MLB Draft by the San Diego Padres. Wolf, a towering left-hander, stands 6’-7” and is an imposing figure on the mound. Last year, the COVID shortened season he struck out 27 batters in only 25 innings before the season was shut down. This year, he finished with 104 strikeouts in only 89 innings pitched.
