The Los Angeles Rams have made the right choice to lock down the Mountaineer legend until 2020.
If you listen closely, you can hear the Loomis trucks backing up to Tavon Austin’s house in Los Angeles. That’s because the former West Virginia Mountaineers wide receiver just signed a HUGE extension with the Los Angeles Rams, making him the seventh highest-paid receiver in the National Football League.
According to ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter, Tavon and the Rams have agreed to a 4-year deal worth $42 million, $30 million of which is guaranteed money. Tavon may see that contract grow as high as $52 million with incentives and bonuses.
