Former Mountaineer Quincy Wilson to coach football

For the past three years, Wilson has worked for the Mountaineers and WVU head coach Dana Holgorsen as the assistant director of football operations.

It was a solid gig, especially for someone with Wilson’s personality. He served as the face of WVU’s off-the-field football activities and public relations representative for prospective football players.

“It’s a blessing to be back in Morgantown living and working full-time,” Wilson said. “I love this place and I love this program. Getting a chance to make an impact here is a great feeling. It’s like I’ve come full circle and I’m thankful everyday.
