More than eight months have passed since the Mountaineers saw their historic run through the 2015 season end with a defeat to eventual NCAA Champion Penn State in the tournament quarterfinals. Six talented seniors have moved on to graduate school and blossoming careers and the 2015 Big 12 Conference championship trophy, the team’s fourth straight, has been placed inside the Dreamswork trophy case alongside the squad’s 13 additional conference awards.
Despite the hours that have slipped by since WVU’s last game, the luster and excitement that surrounds the Mountaineers has not dulled – in fact, both have grown.
