After a bye week for both teams, the Mountaineers and Horned Frogs find themselves climbing the national rankings. West Virginia is settled into the top 25 by coming in at No. 23 this week and TCU has vaulted into the top 10 and is ranked No. 10 in the coaches poll and No. 8 in the Associated Press poll.
This is the best match up in all of college football as there is only one other game between two top 25 programs. The Mountaineers and Horned Frogs have a date that could decide the fate of the Big 12 Championship race.
