MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — Neal Brown added his first verbal commitment on the defensive side of the ball at West Virginia courtesy of New Jersey defensive lineman Aaron Lewis.
Lewis is a 6-foot-4, 240-pound strongside defensive end from Williamstown, N.J. who is rated as a three-star recruit by Rivals. Lewis selected the Mountaineers over Ohio State, Penn State, Michigan and Wisconsin. Lewis initially visited Morgantown on Feb. 16 and returned for the spring game last weekend. Lewis was originally scheduled to visit Michigan before cancelling for West Virginia’s spring game.
Lewis is on track to graduate early and would enroll at WVU next January to take part in spring practice.
