Neal Brown and the staff at West Virginia have done it again. Just a mere weeks after securing one of the highest quarterback commitments in the school’s history, the staff has secured the commitment of the highest ranked defensive player in their tenure when Jacolby Spells committed to the Mountaineers this afternoon.
“Another reason I picked West Virginia is because I wanted to show people that it’s OK to go to different places,” Spells explained. “You don’t have to go to Alabama and Georgia. You can go to West Virginia and make a name for yourself.
