West Virginia head coach Bob Huggins has announced the addition of former Arkansas Razorback Gabe Osabuohien. After spending two seasons at Arkansas, Osabuohien will now have two years of eligibility to play for WVU. Osabuohien is 6’7” and appears to have a defensive focus. Last season with Arkansas he logged 105 deflections, 31 steals, and 16 blocks, while also taking 24 charges. Osabuohien averaged 15 minutes, three points, and three rebounds per game last year.
Coach Huggins noted the Osabuohien will be able to make an immediate impact on the team. This is because of his defensive ability.
