MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — West Virginia receiver Reggie Roberson announced his intentions to transfer Thursday after seeing backup snaps in 12 games as a true freshman.
A three-star recruit from Desoto, Texas, he made six receptions for 30 yards last season. His fourth-quarter touchdown during the 59-16 win over Delaware State in Week 3 was his final catch of the season.
Roberson and Tevin Bush were the only true freshmen to see action on offense for the Mountaineers in 2017.
