New WVU basketball head coach Ross Hodge has so far done a great job in recruiting talent to Morgantown for the 2025-26 season and beyond.

The latest basketball commitment for the Mountaineers comes from 2026 3-star point guard Kingston Whitty. Whitty is ranked as the 24th best point guard in the class of 2026 according to 247Sports.

Whitty is a 6’2”, 165-pound point guard from Arden, North Carolina.
