WVU football is set to get back to action with preseason practices this week, but there will be a lot of new and unfamiliar faces for Mountaineer fans.
Rich Rodriguez enters the first season of his second stint as head coach at WVU, and he has overseen a massive roster transformation. A large number of players exited the program due to a variety of factors, and Rodriguez and his staff have worked hard to replace them via additions throuhg the transfer portal.
Not everyone who has joined the program will likely find themselves satisfied with their role come the regular season, including some will have eligibility remaining at the collegiate level.
