Armando Broja's move to West Ham is set to proceed as a loan with Chelsea reluctant to sell the 20-year-old striker this summer.
The Hammers were ready to negotiate a fee for Broja who scored nine goals on loan at Southampton last season but accept Chelsea's position and are willing to take the Albania international for an initial 12 months and see if they can make the deal permanent after that.
Chelsea's stance indicates they haven't given up on Broja being able to make it at Stamford Bridge.

Tall and technically capable, he has been limited to one first-team appearance at Chelsea so far but impressed during spells at Vitesse and at St Mary's.
