West Ham fan 86-year-old Iris Burroughs courageously beat coronavirus and was surprised with a phone call from Hammers manager David Moyes.
Iris, who has been supporting the club for over seven decades, beat the virus that has put a halt to the sporting world and is now at home recovering. Whilst she was resting, the 86-year-old received a phone call from Hammers boss David Moyes who invited her to be his guest at the London Stadium when football returns.
'The manager was very nice and phoned me because he knew I had the virus so he wanted to check on me,' Iris told the West Ham website.
