West Ham's hopes of signing Carlos Bacca have been dealt a blow as AC Milan are trying to swap him for Edin Dzeko.
The San Siro club have been scouting the Roma striker for a few months and they have been impressed by what they've seen.
The former Manchester City man has been in fine form this season and he has bagged 12 goals already, two more than he managed in the whole of the previous campaign.
Milan, according to Tuttosport, are now trying to broker a swap deal for Dzeko by offering cash plus Bacca.
