West Ham bring in Spartak Moscow midfielder Alex Kral on loan with an option to buy at £12m after failing to bring Jesse Lingard back to east London as he joins Czech team-mates Tomas Soucek and Vladimir Coufal

West Ham have snapped up Czech international Alex Kral on a season-long loan with an option to buy at £12million.

The Spartak Moscow midfielder completed his medical abroad as West Ham rushed through the paperwork before tonight's 11pm deadline.

The 23-year old has been on West Ham's radar for several months and played for the Czechs during Euro 2020, and he will now link up with his international team-mates Tomas Soucek and Vladimir Coufal.
