Guimaraes defender Falaye Sacko is emerging as a target for a number of Premier League teams ahead of next season.
The right-back has impressed in Portugal this season and is understood to be attracting interest from West Ham and Crystal Palace.
But the Premier League duo will face competition from the Bundesliga while French side Rennes are also interested.
It is understood the Hammers and Palace have already been in contact with Sacko’s advisors Spartacus Management regarding a move to London.
