Jarrod Bowen scored a hat-trick as West Ham beat Brentford 4-2 to ease the pressure on manager David Moyes.

West Ham had gone eight matches without a win, but Bowen gave the Hammers the perfect start by scoring twice in the opening seven minutes at the London Stadium.

Neal Maupay reduced the deficit before half-time, with Bowen restoring West Ham's two goal cushion by completing his hat-trick after the break.

Emerson ensured West Ham returned to winning ways with a powerful drive from distance.
