Premier League clubs 'set for a scrap over Bristol City starlet Alex Scott' – with Wolves, West Ham, and Bournemouth all set to compete the 'Guernsey Grealish'

The race to sign talented teenager Alex Scott is set to reach fever-pitch as a number of Premier League clubs prepare for the battle to win his signature, according to reports.

The 19-year-old Bristol City starlet was named the Championship Young Player of the Season after a strong campaign with the Robins which saw the central midfielder register seven goal contributions in 49 appearances.

Scott - who some fans have dubbed the 'Guernsey Grealish' due to his Channel Island heritage - travelled to Argentina for the Under-20 World Cup with England, where he made three appearances for the side before the team were knocked out by eventual finalists Italy in the round of 16.
