Lucas Paqueta breaks down in tears after being booked against Tottenham as West Ham star awaits verdict of his spot-fixing case

West Ham midfielder Lucas Paqueta broke down in tears after being shown a yellow card during his side's 1-1 draw with Tottenham on Sunday.

Paqueta, 27, was booked by referee Michael Oliver after fouling Mikey Moore to stop a counter-attack in the 73rd minute at the London Stadium.

But cameras then showed him using his shirt to wipe his eyes after an emotional reaction to the caution - and he was soon withdrawn by boss Graham Potter.

Youngster Moore looked to have overrun the ball before being caught by Paqueta and the referee deemed the challenge to be worthy of a yellow card.
