Jesse Lingard puts England disappointment aside to wish Three Lions well ahead of Euro 2020 as Manchester United playmaker urges Gareth Southgate's side to 'bring it home'

Jesse Lingard has put his England disappointment behind him to back Gareth Southgate's squad ahead of this summer's European Championship.

The Manchester United star had put himself in contention to snatch a spot in Southgate's party following a sensational six-month loan spell at West Ham, scoring nine goals in 16 games for David Moyes' side.

Lingard was named in Southgate's 33-man provisional squad last month but failed to make the final cut, with the Three Lions boss opting for Ben White over the attacking midfielder after the withdrawal of Trent Alexander-Arnold.
