EXCLUSIVE'Hundreds' of West Ham supporters were able to buy tickets in home sections for their Europa League tie at Bayern Leverkusen, sparking crowd trouble concerns

'Hundreds' of West Ham United supporters are thought to have bought tickets in home sections for their Europa League clash with Bayer Leverkusen - sparking concerns over crowd trouble.

The Hammers were given an allocation of just 1,790 for the April 11 fixture at the 30,000-capacity BayArena. They were quickly snapped up amid a strong interest in the quarter-final first leg, with the majority going to season ticket holders.

However, tickets went on sale in Germany yesterday, and Mail Sport has learned that 'hundreds' of West Ham fans were able to join Leverkusen's membership scheme and then buy seats in home areas of the ground.
