Dimitri Payet has revealed that he snubbed Manchester United among other big name clubs to re-join Marseille from West Ham United.
The 35-year-old, who is best known for his wonder goals, forced a return to Marseille in 2017 for £25million after a successful stint with the Hammers.
The Frenchman originally signed in east London for £10million in 2015 from the Stade Velodrome outfit, where he went on to be named in the PFA Team of the Year and was nominated for the PFA Players’ Player of the Year for 2016.
