Andy Carroll is in line for a return to the West Ham team ahead of Monday night's relegation clash against Stoke.
West Ham are six points clear of the drop zone but could be dragged back into the mire if Southampton beat Chelsea on Saturday.
Carroll is likely to start from the bench.
'He is back in training,' manager David Moyes said.
