Wolves 2-3 West Brom: Sam Allardyce wins his first game as Baggies boss as the visitors come from behind to earn crucial victory at Molineux... with Matheus Pereira netting twice from the penalty spot in entertaining Black Country Derby

Sam Allardyce enjoyed a first win as West Brom manager, against his boyhood heroes Wolves, with two penalties from Matheus Pereira ultimately deciding a thrilling Black Country derby.

In the first meeting between the two rivals since 2012, Albion struck early through Pereira before Wolves hit back to lead at half-time with goals from Fabio Silva and Willy Boly.

But with Albion desperately needing the points to aid their relegation battle, Semi Ajayi levelled via a long throw before Callum Robinson earned his second penalty of the afternoon - and Pereira converted again.
