West Brom boss Alan Pardew rejects idea of employing club shrink to erase habit of conceding late goals: 'I'm the psychologist, I've told them and I'm sure they've got the message'

Alan Pardew has dismissed the notion of employing a psychologist to help West Brom players overcome a habit for conceding late goals, insisting he will work on the mental side of the game himself.

West Brom have let in seven goals beyond the 74th minute of Premier League games this season at a cost of 12 points and Pardew has instructed his players to manage matches better.

Swansea scored an 81st-minute winner on Saturday to leave West Brom in 17th and only out of the relegation zone on goal difference ahead of Wednesday night’s trip to Liverpool.
