Rio Ferdinand believes West Brom are starting to respond to the 'tough love' shown by Sam Allardyce after recording just their second Premier League win of the season.

The Baggies came from 2-1 down at Wolves to claim a 3-2 victory and go six points clear of bottom-place Sheffield United.

West Brom midfielder Romaine Sawyers admitted in his post-match interview the 66-year-old has been 'a bit tough' on them during trainings sessions since succeeding Slaven Bilic as boss.
