Nacer Chadli is a third West Bromwich Albion player with a relegation release clause, it can be revealed.
The Belgian international will available for £17million once West Brom's drop into the Championship is confirmed.
Jonny Evans and Salomon Rondon also have trigger fees written into their contracts in the event of relegation, at £3m and £16.5m respectively.
West Brom rejected repeated bids by Swansea for Chadli last summer in the aim of achieving a £25m fee but will have to sell for the lower cost this summer.
