West Brom have reportedly slapped a £20 million price tag on Sam Johnstone to discourage other clubs from bidding for the 28-year-old.
The relegated Baggies are aware their sought after goalkeeper is keen to remain in the Premier League, and his contract expires at the end of next season so he could leave on a free transfer in 12 months.
However, according to The Sun their high valuation is proving to be a problem for West Ham and Manchester United who are both reportedly interested in securing his services.
