Paul Scholes accuses Ole Gunnar Solskjaer of leaving his 'best players' Paul Pogba and Edinson Cavani on the bench as he admits Manchester United's draw at Leicester is a 'great result' for league leaders Liverpool

Paul Scholes has hit-out at Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's team selection, insisting that starting Paul Pogba and Edinson Cavani on the bench against Leicester was a mistake.

The Foxes levelled twice from Marcus Rashford and Bruno Fernandes strikes, handing Liverpool the chance to extend their Premier League lead when they face West Brom on Sunday.

Mason Greenwood was left on the bench entirely while Dan James was granted a start, and Scholes believes his old team-mate needs to have a re-think.
