The 27-year-old has been in superb form despite the Baggies' struggles in the Premier League this season.
Johnstone boasts the best saves record, 63 in 14 matches, in the Premier League this season. By contrast, Allison has made 23 saves in 11 matches for leaders Liverpool.

But West Brom face a dilemma in the January transfer window with Johnstone having just 18 months left on his existing contract.
