Exeter City have signed defender Danny Andrew on a 12-month deal and West Brom forward Akeel Higgins and Bolton winger Carlos Mendes Gomes on loan until the end of the season.
Andrew, 34, was most recently at Stockport County and has played 570 games across a 17-year professional career.
Higgins, 20, is a product of the Baggies academy and this is his first loan spell.
Mendes Gomes, 26, started his career in Atletico Madrid's academy and has previously played for Luton, Morecambe and Fleetwood Town.
